Pretend that you are a manager for a company (you can make up a name).  You will create a manual that you will provide to new managers with information on these four areas of management.  For each section, you will identify two techniques or best practices that are used within your company to achieve optimum results.  You will also explain why these are used in your company.  You will be required to research a minimum of 4 outside sources (books, periodicals, online sources, etc.) in addition to your textbook and include these in a references page.  Use the template provided.  Your paper should be 6 pages (double-spaced) in length.  I recommend 2 pages for each of the management functions, an introduction, a conclusion and a references page  Planning
