According to the agreement, the Data Infrastic Trust will acquire 100%equity of the Indian business of the US Electric Tower.It is understood that the Data Infrastic Trust is an infrastructure investment trust initiated by the subsidiary of the Brookfield asset Management (BAM.US).After the transaction is completed, the total cash income of the US electricity tower may be as high as 21 billion Indian rupees, and it is calculated at $ 2.5 billion at the current exchange rate.
